Ticketing Information
Internet reservation
  • There is no additional commission fee for making reservation.
  • Time frame for Making Reservations: 24 hours (the reservation is available up to 2 hours before a performance begins)
  • How to Reserve: Join member and log in > select concert > select performance date, time, and seats > payment > complete
  • Payment Method: Credit card/deposit without bankbook (Possible until 6:00 p.m. 4 days before performance date)
Telephone reservation
  • There is no additional commission fee for making reservation.
  • Customer Center: 1544-7744
  • Time frame for Making Reservations: Weekdays 10:30 ~ 19:00 (closed on weekends and public holidays)
  • Payment Method: Credit card/deposit without bankbook (possible until 6:00 p.m. 4 days before performance date)
On-site reservation
  • There is no additional commission fee for making reservation.
  • LOTTE Concert Hall main lobby ticket box
  • Time frame for Making Reservations: It is available to reserve on-site from 1 hours before the show time.
  • Payment Method: Credit card/cash/other designated gift certificates.
Ticket Pickup
1) On-site pickup
  • You may pick up your ticket at the “Ticket Box” which located at the main lobby of the concert hall on the day of the performance.
  • The on-site Ticket Box shall be opened half an hour before the show time.
  • When you claim for your tickets, you must present your confirmation or ID card. If you had a discount, you must present verification as well. (Failure to do so will result to pay the original price of ticket.)
2) Delivery
  • Ticket delivery will be made within 5 business days (not including public holidays) after deposit payment.
  • After the ticket has been shipped, the delivery fee will not be refunded for cancellation request.
  • • Please ensure the tickets are carefully kept. Tickets that are lost or damaged due to the fault of the customer cannot be re-issued, cancelled, or changed.
Ticket Refund and Change
  • • Reserved tickets can be cancelled by the Internet or the phone until 6:00 p.m. on weekdays (except for weekends and public holidays) before the performance day.
  • Tickets cannot be cancelled or changed after the cancellation deadline (including the day of the performance).
  • The cancellation commission fee will not be charged on the day of the reservation. (For telephone reservations: until 6:00 p.m on weekdays/ For Internet reservations: until 11:59 p.m.)
  • Reserved tickets (including package tickets) can be changed to another seat of the same concert/class/number of seats/discount type/price without a commission fee.
  • Tickets that have been received in advance or by mail delivery can be cancelled or changed with a repayment only after all the reserved tickets are returned. Discounts shall be applied based on the repayment time. The cancellation commission fee shall be charged based on the return date, and the initial delivery fee shall not be refunded.
  • Please ensure the tickets are carefully kept. Tickets that are lost or damaged due to the fault of the customer cannot be re-issued, canceled or changed.
  • The method of refund or change can only be made by the payment method selected at the time of the ticket reservation.
  • Please direct your inquiries regarding refund or change procedures for tickets reserved through the outside ticketing or production agencies (not through LOTTE Concert Hall) to relevant agencies.
  • • Invitation tickets, invitation coupons, or sold by a management agency cannot be refunded or changed.

By payment method
1) Credit card
  • If there is a cancellation commission fee, then the payment will be cancelled after the cancellation commission fee + (ticket price of the final performance for partial cancellation) has been new approved
  • After a reservation cancellation has been completed, you can check the cancellation content from your card company after 4~5 business days.
  • There may be a difference between in the refund method and refund date depends on the cancellation time of the reservation and the refund processing standards of the relevant credit card company.
2) Deposit without bankbook
  • Refunds will be made to the account entered in the refund account information.
  • Refunds will take at a maximum of 5~7 business days after the refund application process has been completed.
Package Ticket
  • You may not cancel or change a package ticket once the first concert of the ticket has begun. However, you can change the date you wish to attend the concert, even if the cancellation deadline has passed.
  • Cancelling a package product through the Internet is only possible when there is no usage history of completing seat designations etc.
    (Please call the Customer Center for cancellation inquiries within the cancellation deadline for seats that have been designated due to the nature of the product.)
  • Meal packages may not be cancelled if the meal ticket has been damaged, lost, or already used.
Concert Attendance Guide
  • Entering the concert hall will be restricted once the concert begins. Entry time arranged for concerts only for the special case, allows late audience members to enter under the instructions of the ushers in order to not disturb other audience members.
  • Please follow concert etiquette for the comfort and safety of the other audience in attendance.
  • Please make sure to turn off your mobile phones during a concert. Even vibrations can cause a disruption in a performance.
  • Preschool age children shall be prohibited from entering the concert hall. Exceptions will be made for concerts specifically planned for children. Please make sure to check the age restrictions for a performance when making reservations.
  • Tickets must also be purchased for children, and we please ask you to take extra care of your children to prevent disturbing other audience members.
  • Taking photos, recording, etc. are violations of copyright and portrait rights and are strictly prohibited. Please turn off your various media devices in the concert hall.
  • You may not bring in flower bouquets, food, drink, and pets into the concert hall.
  • Please use public transportation as the traffic surrounding the concert hall on a performance night due to the traffic
